I am unsure about the Level: On the one hand the year is 3025, it is an official design from a sourcebook (although no RS, but a TR) and no original Level 2 or 3 equip. is used. On the other hand the equip. used, has a strong impact on game balance if used in custom designs (what should be avoided; this mech and equipment is unique). The statistics and fluff were taken from the TR in 'Tales o/t black Widow' (which is faulty, e.g. wrong engine). The statistics could NOT be meet exactly. This File seems to be the best approach. The advanced prototype equipment had to be added as custom equipment with Level set to 1 and year to 3025. The stats for BV and cost are guesses (set high due to prototype nature). The weight of the Protot. DHS is given in the source book but the crits are not. The weight of the Prototype Super JJ's was not given and could not be recomputed due to the fact there is not given the quantity of the JJ's installed (only jumping movement = 9 is given). Adding up the weights of the components (of the TR in the source book) including the WRONG engine, there is 4.5 t left for the JJ's. So I decided to set the JJ's at 0.5 t each, with each JJ generating 1 jump point and 1 heat. This leaves the mech 4 t underweight using the correct engine. Game Notes: The Prototype Super Jump Jets work according to the normal rules for jumping concerning heat (min. = 3). Each of this Super JJ's can generate 1 Jumping Point. Therefore, the Super-Griffin has 9 Points for jumping movement. Correct this value on the Print-Out for jumping movement! Each one of the three HS in the LEGS, are actually double strenght HS. Therefore the Super-Griffin has 10 normal HS and 3 HS at double strenght. The max. heat dissipation is 16, with all HS operational. Correct these values on the Print-Out.
