The particle beam weapons have been replaced with a pair of enhanced pulse lasers, and the vulnerable autocannon has been replaced with a pair of deadfire missiles systems that are streamlined with the chassis, far reducing the chance of a lucky shot damaging or severing the connection to the gun, with a potential increase in firepower. The medium lasers remain the same as the older variant, due to extensive heating problems, but the hull has been replaced with the same reinforced armor compound tested on the Delta Battlemaster. As with the heavier machine, this 'Mech also has some mobility problems due to the dense armor, but also like it's heavier sibling, carries enhanced myomer compounds, mitigating the speed decrease and providing greater strength to it's fierce kicks. Another interesting addition to this 'Mech is the inclusion of a signature nullification system, as seen on the Delta-Modified Phoenix Hawk and the Star League-era Exterminator. With both this jamming system and the high-density armor, the 'Mech has incredible endurance. An alternate version of this 'Mech is almost identical, but has a third enhanced pulse laser in place of the dual missile arrays, giving it an appearance more akin to the original version.
