V2.00CHB Bradley FAVB-FAV-Oê q3ú€ÚGM 008 — — —— 4TomniÈ )3)))ÿÿ×; Starting out as the Goblin Infantry Support Vehicle, the design advanced to a new weight class and capabilities as the design defects were discovered and the technology advanced. The Bradley Family of Armored Vehicles is a standard body that a lot of things can be done with. The basic unit is just the armored hull, power plant, integral CASE system, and a basic armored ramp on the backside, with no weapons or special outfitting beyond the attachment points for the various packages. If nothing else, use it in its bare mode as an unarmed but armored, 17-ton, small package cargo hauler. Just weld some cargo tie downs to the interior first. Or you can copy the schematics of the "You-make-it and We-won't-sell-it-to-you" tie-downs that can use the installed attachment points to your local fabricator and have them collect a smaller fee. The CASE package was installed to enclose the entire rear section, the turret assembly and the weapons packages. There is a powered blast door between the crew compartment forward and the rear area, but it is usually closed as it slides opens to the side of the unit as a pocket door, but it's the dead-man's switch forward that opens it. There used to be a second switch on the other side but combat damage seems to be responsible for the door opening at the wrong time. + The Alpha unit is designed as a infantry carrier. Capable of carrying 2 foot platoons, or one jump platoon with extra space, or a motorized platoon. The unit is armed with a pair of MRM-10's in a turret mount with a ton of CASE protected ammo and a pair of forward firing RL-10. It also includes a two-ton cargo space for the infantry and the crew to put items that will be needed in the field. The Beta version is designed as a Ammo Hauler. Much superior to the J-27 in both armor and self-defense was carrying. But it only carries 8.5 tons or cargo in comparison to the J-27, 3 tons in tractor and 8 tons in each trailer. The Charlie version forgoes two of the three ER Medium Lasers that the Beta carries, which allows an additional seven tons of cargo to be put on-board. The Delta version is designed as a Heavy fire support unit. All of the 17 tons available are put into the turret and forward firing weapons. Deciding that the Delta version was too ammo dependent, the Echo was designed for one big punch energy weapon and one missile system with a targeting computer and a half ton of cargo room. The FoxTrot version is the command-and-control version. The next version is the Golf. Designed just for the 1-33, it carries several different shop modules and a ER Medium Laser in the roof turret. The only three versions that exist in the computers are the conjectural double motorized infantry carrier. Which can do double duty as the 12 man Battle Armor carrier. There is a 2.5-ton cargo capability, and a C3S and a ER Medium Laser in the turret. The other conjectural version is the MASH unit. With a five-man operating room and two 11-man wards, this unit is almost totally contained. A variant of this unit has a laboratory unit in place of the operating room. NCurrently the Bradley FAV is being tested with the 1-33 Lyran Fusiliers CSS. Designed by TJ FitzSimons Vaperware IndustriesMolinoGM HeavyLoad w. PowerBoostStarGuard CIV w.
