Postal Rate Increase

Due to the postal rate increase that went into effect May 14, 2007, and especially the restructuring of International mailing methods, and also the fact that recently postmen have been abusing the packages, we have been forced to increase our shipping and handling costs. This is the first increase in almost seven years; we have absorbed all previous increases, but can't do it this time. Note: Despite another postal increase that went into effect on May 12, 2008, we have not changed our shipping costs.

Shipping Methods

The best shipping method for you will be determined by 1) where you live, and 2) the how quickly you would like to receive your program. To help you choose the best option for you, the following lists the shipping options for each location, along with the cost for shipping and handling:

Within the United States, you have two shipping choices:

• First Class Mail - $4.00 shipping for the first program, $2.00 for each additional program. Normally takes 5-7 days.

• Priority Mail - $7.00 shipping for the first program, $2.00 for each additional program. Normally takes 2-3 days. (See note below.)

Note: When shipping with Priority Mail, we will normally send it with Delivery Confirmation added at no cost. This will provide an email notification of shipment and of delivery.

In Canada and Mexico, you have two shipping choices:

• First Class Mail - $5.00 shipping for the first program, $2.00 for each additional program. Normally takes about 7 days.

• Priority Mail International - $13.00 shipping for the first program, $3.00 for each additional program. Normally takes about 4 days.

For International orders, outside the United States, you have one shipping choice:

• Priority Mail International - $13.00 shipping for the first program, $3.00 for each additional program. Normally takes 5-8 days.

Why are the prices so high!?

Sorry, but the new USPS rates and rate restructuring have really hit some shipping methods hard. To read more on why the changes are required, and my rationale for doing what I'm doing, please see the Postal Changes page.

Note: The shipping & handling prices above are for purchase by PayPal or snail mail; Register Now prices and shipping costs are somewhat higher, as RegNow charges 21% for their services.
